  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Psyllium Husk Powder is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the package. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
